Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Claresa.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Guarantee (electronic devices)

Consumers have up to one half year to seek redress for faulty or defective electronic devices if the fault did not arise as a result of misuse.

If the product is defective, the seller is responsible for providing redress.

The seller may request that the consumer prove the fault did not arise as a result of misuse – for instance.

Where an item is faulty, the seller may first offer a replacement item.

If this is not possible, a refund may then be provided.
